Hi all, Alandra here, living in Canada (South-Western British Columbia). Have been taking photos since about age 11, beginning in England before my parents brought us to Canada. Started using digital cameras about 7 years ago, and love them. It's a wonderful hobby. Enjoy capturing images of wild birds that visit our feeders and water baths & fountains in our garden, as well as the many larger birds that live in our area, like great blue herons and snowy owls and great horned owls, eagles, hawks etc. Also enjoy gardening and taking photos of the flowers we grow, as well as scenic views of the mountains etc in our area. Manipulating some of my images also gives me a lot of pleasure, as does being a member of The Lens Flare. Many thanks to Brian for all he has done for us.
