A beautiful cactus flower, May. Nicely captured and composed. I hate to say it, but blame part of the Lake Okeechobee problems on the US Army Corps of Engineers. They let the water drop way too low after the last hurricanes. Even the Caloosahatchie has been affected and the locks are only passable twice a day, due to the Corps' premature water release. Before leaving Miami in April water restrictions were already being implemented. I sure hope the summer rains come soon for you. Vicki
