What a wonderful Collage - just my type. *g* Those lovely birds. Wow! What a loonnng tail - the Tit was truely named. It was great to see the male Chaffinch!! Their name appears in so many great books that I have read. A really wonderful picture!!

Thanks to ALL for the nice comments and for looking. Chriss, you can have your lesson soon as you like. Gunnar, yes, I didn't stop to think that these little birds inhabit the rest of Europe too! I did have some difficulty getting these shots, as these kinds of birds are never still for more than a few seconds at a time. :)
