This was my first digital camera. Its color is outstanding, and I shot a large percentage of my favorite photographs with this simple point and shoot camera. When I bought the camera, 3.1 megapixels was a lot, but it's simply not enough to get a large picture so I've upgraded a few times since then.
I gave the camera just a "good" rating because it's outdated now, but it was definitely in the "excellent" rating when I first purchased it.
The Lens Flare wouldn't exist today if it wasn't for this camera. Since it's essentially free to shoot digital photography, I wasn't afraid to experiment and shoot hundreds of shots at a time anymore. Before this camera, I had a Nikon N60 35mm film SLR, which was a great camera, but I couldn't afford the film and processing to shoot much. By practicing a lot, even with a simple camera, my excitement and skill in photography grew. Eventually, I had a few pictures that I thought were good enough to show the world, and The Lens Flare was born.
