I think this is a stork. It could be a heron though. I took it at the pond by the hospital where I volunteer at. It has a maternity ward. Smile. Maybe it made a delivery

Marsha we have had egrets but I looked all over the internet and it matched more the photo of a stork. Couldnt find the picture again. It is in a hospital parking lot near the shuttle bus on the fence near the pond. Ok white egret.

I love what you wrote, Janice, that's tooo cuuute. I bet he did make a delivery to the Maternity ward, lol. That's priceless. Wonderful to see that bird there. lucky you, am happy for you that you captured these shots.
