I set out to create an image that tells a story about me.
I have added some post production effects to add to the warm afternoon glow. Glazing special spot filter to add the sense of seclusion.

Thanks Deb, Mary & Talsi again for your comments. With it being on self timer and the cup pretty much the centre of the frame the focus on the cup mostly, however the intention has the whole shot to be in focus. I blurred the image slightly in post production to soften it.

It works brilliantly. I really like the shadow on the booK aswell. Great colour tones and a little mystery- could be a film.

Good to see another filter making it to TLF and I do like the privacy the spot filter creates. You have the cup as the focal point for this shot so did you set the scene with that in mind?

I like the effects on this photo too, again, spotlighting the magazine and table with the cup.
