Almost looks like a scene from the Alfred Hitchcock movie, doesn't it? But no, it's just where the seagulls like to gather for their morning ablutions. In front of them is the Te Henui river (fresh water to drink & bath in) and immediately behind the rock wall is the Tasman Sea. Another shot taken from the Coastal Walkway in Taranaki.
