About This Image

daffodil, double variety, with a glint of the crystal at the side, from the bud vase it's in. These are growing on our front patio, but this one was bent over (top heavy, and due to the wind) so I picked it and brought it indoors and captured some macros of it, with the mid sized extension tube and my 24-105 lens.

thanks very much, Tania. These are among my fave daffodils, but the only problem is that the flower heads are so heavy that the wind will make the stems bend.

thankyou Carol and Lorraine, - yes, it's a great time of year approaching, - supposed to reach 22C here on Friday, 20C on Saturday, but then back to some cooler temps again after that. Can't seem to make up its mind what the weather's going to do.
