About This Image

this I thought was a flowering cherry tree. but my other flowering cherry trees do not have this "fruit" on it. I am avery excited if it is a fruit tree.

Flowering cherries are usually sterile, but some do fruit as yours has done. However don't expect to be able to eat them as they'll be more stone than flesh and probably bitter to boot! Leave for the birds!

I think that it might have flowered about a month, three weeks ago mine straight out from the front door is the same now it had white with a hint of pink in the flowers, the birds love them. great shot
