Goldfinch - yellow finch/wild canary

: Goldfinch - yellow finch/wild canary; beautiful Goldfinch in his new summer feathers. Some people call these Wild Canaries or yellow finches. They do have a lovely song. He still has more of the yellow feathers to come in, so it seems, from this shot. thankyou for the nice comment, Karen. We haven't seen the goldfinches for a few days. We hung a niger/thistle seed feeder up for them and there were several goldfinches feeding here - hope they return soon. The weather might be the reason, not at all nice right now.
