Ironically, this bookstore pet, aka a Hemingway cat because of his extra toes, was sitting in front of a copy of For Whom the Bell Tolls. FYI- Hemingway cats are polydactyls, which means they have extra toes. Most cats have extra toes on their front feet and sometimes on their back feet as well.
