Thanks Christo - it's always interesting I think to understand the technique that was employed in a particular shot. I'm surprised that your shutter speed was a relatively slow 1/320. I was expecting something more like 1/1000!

The settings for this specific picture was as follow:

Focal length = 150 mm

Exposure time = 0.003s (1/320)

Aperture = F/5.6

ISO = 100

White Balance = Cloudy

Metering Mode = Matrix
