Hi Fella, was just thinking about you today, or was it yesterday, as hadn't seen you here for awhile, but am so far behind here with my comments - but good to see you here, thanks for the nice comment.

thanks to all of you, Janice, Alex and Karen, for the very nice comments. happy you like it. Janice, I don't really know why their eyes are like cats' eyes. Infact, I often think they look quite a bit like cats, somehow.

thankyou Lorraine, yes I do agree with you, the Snowies are very special. Not that these other owls are any less special, as we are very happy to see any of them, -- but as you say, there's just "something" different about the snowies.

And I give you a ten. Great shot. Very clear and vivid. Why do owls have eyes like cats?

I love the bright big eyes, a lovely shot, But I still really like the big white fellows, they have sort of a cheeky mischeif look to them.
