The Lens Flare is a family-friendly website. What this means is that mature or adult related text and images are not allowed on the site. Partial nudity is allowed as long as full breasts and/or genitals are not visible.

Vulgarity, content related to drugs & medications, casinos & gambling, loans & finance, commercial solicitations, and other spam topics are not allowed on the site. Members who violate these guidelines may be banned, and the decision is up to the discretion of the owners of the website.

The photographer/artist must own the copyright for any image that they upload. They retain all copyrights for images that they upload; however, by uploading an image, they implicitly give The Lens Flare royalty-free permission to display it on the website and resize it to fit the site's layout.
