Thanks you Vicki for viewing my gate! I actually built this really strong and solid and it has stood the test of welcoming many friends in over the years. Its a proud feeling to look at a finished product you made yourself.

Thanks for your comments, I made the gate myself and then made the plaque, I engraved 'Wind In The Willows' on it as the house has lots of willows surrounding it and its often windy!!

Great picture! Beautiful greenery on either side is always appealing to one's eye also!! I remember swinging on our gate at home. What fun it was.
