This is kind of an odd photo for around here. usually there are no roses left into November, let alone to have snow pile up on them.
This was Taken In Connectcicut and the rose in a red miniature variety
I rather like this as seems to give a feeling of summer giving way to winter.

very pretty. there are pink roses still blooming at the Safeway parking lot locally, meant to capture some shots of them, but keep forgetting
