approaching Prospect Point in Stanley Park, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada yesterday at dusk. Can't get the wondrous sights from my mind since we were there!
Gorgeous views in every direction from Prospect Point, - west towards Georgia Strait and the Pacific Ocean, directly below is Burrard Inlet and to the immediate left, Lions Gate Bridge, which is "right there", - breathtaking! West Vancouver in the distance, and North Shore mountains directly ahead, like sentinels, standing guard. Beautiful British Columbia! My adopted country and how I love it.

this surprises me, although I do love them too. Suppose we take them for granted, as it's such a well treed area. Hope it remains that way, so many people are cutting them down on their properties. Are there not so many of these coniferous trees in your area?

I think the trees were my favorite sight around Vancouver. They really are spectacular.
