This guy I snapped at the beach this morning. I noticed him in particular as he was standing on his board & using a paddle to get himself out to the breakers. Then he would ride it in. However, if you look at the snow on the mountain ("Frankley Mount Egmont"), I don't think it would've been very warm in there!!
