Hi Anne, I'm so glad you liked my photo from our trip up the coast. We did spend some time there watching the waves and having some lunch with the seagulls. I did not notice the rocks in the back, they do look like a alligator... Thanks very much for your nice thoughts :)

Oh, this is so very beautiful!!! How I wish I could be right there, sitting on one of those rocks, watching the waves come in, hearing that special sound they make as they dash themselves agains the rocks!!! That big rock in back looked like an alligator!!! Tremendous Picture!!

Hi Carol, Whittler, and Mary. Thanks for your nice comments on my photo. 8>D Mary, that is the blue color of the water. I did not do any photoshop tricks. Some areas the water looks green and you can see a little green in this shot. I can't wait to take another trip up to Oregon.

Like the angle of your shot. Your eye follows the coastline right into the photo. Colors are beautiful. Is the water really that blue on the pacific coast?
