About This Image

This tiny island in the Gulf of Mexico, close to Tarpon Springs is delightful in it's almost-natural state. The lighthouse has been somewhat restored, and it's beautiful beaches are popular with boaters and shell-hunters.

Hi Karen, when I saw the colors that came through it made me think of some of your fantastic cloudscapes. Thank you for your comment. Vicki

Beautiful color and composition. It has the look of a painting.

Thank you, Beverly and Carol. It feels a lot like 'coming home' - I even got a great note from Brian. It's a tiny island, but fascinating - we only had 20 minutes - I got to the lighthouse and back, but only managed to get a few shells before the boat returned. Vicki
