An adorable animal. Even the adults retain their baby look. The wool is incredibly soft--a silken texture. In the Andes Mts. where they come from in ancient times only the top ranking priests and royalty were allowed to own this wool.

Thankyou Vicki. the people that own them are doing so for there wool, they also sell the wool there, the wool is just so soft, I'm going back out for some of that,

lorraine, this is so weird. I've been reading a book I found in the Members' Lounge called 'Someone Like You' by Barbara Bretton. One of the characters has a new cria - until a few hours ago I had never heard that term - and here it is again - from YOU! Too cool. Love that face. Are you raising them for wool? Vicki
