As you can see, I love my cats to bits. This is our number two cat - Lily. As a kitten she just turned up on our doorstep one day with a crooked head. Whereas her head is straighter now, she is still a very timid cat (which is why I have more photos of Flame than her). She bonded well with Flame and is now just a part of our family. I think she is simply beautiful and hope you all agree.

Sadly, Lily was killed earlier in the week. I really appreciate these lovely comments, and even more so now. I'm just so glad that my cats became the subject of my photos on many occasions.

We have named both of our cats as to where they decided to find us as they were both stray/abandoned kittens. Lily nearly became rose as we had lots of roses flowering at the time, but, as I refer to my cats as my tigers, we happened to have tiger-lilies in flower and she became Lily instead. She is easily frightened though as you can tell by Meridianz comment about her having one eye on me.

Lily is a beauty, and lovely closeup shot. So good that she has a caring home now, she knew how to find the right house and people!

She's bootiful - just like her big brother Flame. As usual, I see she has an eye on you. Lovely clear close-up Lurene.
