Hi Alex,you got my attention because like Deborah couldn't see a mother but understand name abstract is often what comes to mind upon first setting the mind to submit a thought.I do like the randomness of the lights in your photo and title.

I decided for my Freeway Lighting series to name my shots using the free association method of "first thing that comes to mind" when I look at the shot. Whatever it is, that's what I use. Yes, I would say that the encircling part in the top right is probably what had the most impact on my psyche to name the piece. Naming these pieces is almost as much fun as photographing them.

The yellow's nice here. Why the name 'Motherly Love'? Is it for the encircling part at the top right?
