Thanks Shirree and Mary. I took two photos of (once again) two different flowers on this plant. Even with the cobweb, the angle of this one was much better than the other. They both have the brilliant red/orange colour against the green though in the other one you could see colour from the same type of flowers in the background. Both are nice photos but this is nicer.

Exquisite colour Lurene. I don't mind the cobweb at all - nature at it's finest! You have a real 'eye' for a good shot - and this is yet another of your beauties.

Thanks again to my two supporters :-) Seriously, its a pity about the wee cobweb. Its more noticeable when at full size. But then, its not a perfect world is it? I have taken many a flower shot to discover that I actually caught something else crawling on it as well - its all part of the fun of taking photos.

I don't think the thumbnail really does this image justice, it is so clear and sharp, great shot.

Lulu this is amaising I love the angle, the colours and the clarity of this photo. Truley beautiful
