About This Image

The spider wasn't my intended subject. At first I seen a small butterfly fluttering around these flowers. So I waited a moment to see if it would land so I coulsd snap it's picture.Well i got close and set the camera on macro and the butterfly flew away.I started to stand back up to walk away and I caught some slight movement on the bush and I looked closer and there was the tiniest little spider I had ever seen.I thought well why not see if I can even get him in the shot.I did.Notice if you look closer at this shot on the spiders back.DO you see the image?Almost looks like a little girl. Can you see it too?

First I would recommend scainnng your art if possible and posting it on flickr.com because they link to sites where you can sell your art digitally. Otherwise, there are many sites but it depends on how much you want to sell it for. I would start by building a website for your artwork to showcase it and then try using facebook stores or amazon to sell from your website. +2Was this answer helpful?

Excellent macro image. It is amazing how well its camouflage works. The crab spider is a menacing hunter so I guess it was the butterfly's lucky day! Once I was photographing a little spider when a green anole lizard jumped out and grabbed the victim in its jaws. A garden can be a real jungle!

Hi Pamela, Welcome to The Lens Flare... What a great close photo of that little spider. It sorta looks like he has changed colors trying to match the flower. It took me a little while then I saw the girl..
