Great shot of the web of this orb-weaving spider. I went out after midnight and got some close-ups. They hide during the day and come out at night.

very lovely picture of the busy spider i have only took one picture of a spider but it was late on got pretty close and was amazed by the textures you get thanks for sharing

Nice shot Tania, and I especially like the delicate light on the web silk. I think I'd have cropped off the distracting bottom left hand corner though!
