About This Image

Black and white conversion with Adobe Photoshop 3.0. The original color was almost black and white, and I liked how the ice is more visible on this color conversion to b&w. The branch is completely encased in thick ice.

Thank you, Alovely, Bubbalinn, Zoya, Talsi and Whittler, for taking time to look and leaving your nice comments. This was fun because I really do not see the world in b&w so it was a stretch for me.

Great close shot of the frozen branch. This never happens out here in Arizona where I live. It's fun to see from my warm computer room.

Nice capture ,Karen. I see what you mean, the B & W photograph does draw your eye to the ice and the light that is drawn through it.
