Great Blue Heron's "Amazing Grace", over the Fraser River estuary. This is one of my favourite captures of the Heron. They give me so much J O Y.

glad you like it, Golda, - thanks for the nice comments. Thought the same re the name of the birds. In my version, the feathers on the heron's back are all defined, but can't be seen very well in this compressed version. Plus his head tassel is flowing out behind him also :)
