I just knew this was your work, Anne, as soon as I spotted the thumbnail! I really enjoyed your previous shots of the park with its benches and I love this one also! It really gives the feeling of 'cold' and the black and white works really well with this scene. :)

There probably a good reason that bench is empty.. it looks really cold out there! Nice composition and the b&w adds a lot to the feel of the photo.
