About This Image

Skunk cabbage emerging in snow melt water in a wooded area, the first wildflowers we've seen this year in Western NY. The flowers are hidden under the hoods, which can vary in color through shades of yellow, green, red and purple. Yes, they do smell "skunky".

Glad we can't smell them then, LOL, but they're very nice to look at! You've captured some beautiful reflections in the water and the image is so sharp. :)
