Instead of ruffed grouse, we have a ruffed dove. Made for an execellent picture. A different look. *g* And you were THERE so we get to see it. Kidding aside - great shot!!! Anne

Hi Carol, very pretty image. I love the ruffled feathers of the one mourning dove. Are they still there during the winter?

Very nice photo Carol.. It's nice and bright, great colors, and focused just right. Is that the way they check the temperature of the water, by sticking there tail feathers in first? LOL...
