swan coming in for a beautiful slash

hi don ..i do believe they are trumpeters ...they migrate here in western wa.and stay for the winter ..hi alandra ..yes you should have them around you somewhere near corn fields ..yes we got lucky on that last storm kept our power so far this year ..blinked a few times is all ..seattle sure got hit hard tho ..never heard on how the wild life made out ..all seem to be ok from what i see ..most eagles are up river feeding on the salmon ..never heard of the new storm on wed ..weather man said down here typical dec weather coming nothing to big ..theve been wrong before tho ..bye for now ..fella

great shot, Fella. I hadn't noticed in the other image, that the swan had a black beak. Have never seen that type of swan before either. wonder if they are also around here. I just heard on our local news that a lot of birds have been injured and found starving, after the bad weather lately. Many have died, eagles, barn owls etc.

Very nice set of swan captures fella. Beautiful big birds. Are those Trumpeters? I thought they had black bills like that, have never seen one wild. Nice work, Don
