Boiling crawfish is big in South Louisiana. What others may use as bait, we eat. Maybe it is laziness but maybe we know when we have a good thing.

Thanks. Crawfish have often been compared to little lobsters. All of the food here is seasoned with crab boil and is spicy. I like spicy food but my BIL makes it a little too spicy.

LUNCHTIME, looks good to me,I never have had crawfish they look like little lobsters to me.We plant those red potatoes here and my favorite flavoring is lemon. Carol
