Starbucks Coffee shop out front of the Aberdeen Center Mall at Richmond, BC.(suburb of Vancouver), on a July evening. "There's one on every corner", and this sure seems true downtown Vancouver :)

what a nice surprise to see both your generous comments here, Karen and Alex D. I really do appreciate them. Karen, not only are there all these Starbucks all over the place, but now other trendy coffee shops are springing up almost alongside the Starbucks, and they all seem to attract loads of customers :) How much coffee do we drink?? And Alex, - am not sure really, - as had only "dabbled" with this type of photography before, (a year ago downtown Vancouver with the highrises) and just ret'd there this summer and somehow just shot these. I've been interchanging the bodies and the lenses, to see which effects are preferred, -then forget "which was which" (can see you smiling :) Oh well, am having fun, that's what it's all about, right.

Love the colors and composition. Is the lens or the body, that accounts for the quantum leap?

That is so true about Starbucks on almost every corner. We did have a treat at one of them near Gastown. You did a nice job of capturing the architecture and color.
