About This Image

The rains of Christmas finally lessened at dusk, and the sun setting outside turned the sky this unusual orange color. The wreath around the window was hand-made from clippings of hemlock bushes my sister-in-law has growing in her yard.

It's odd, but from INSIDE the house, the sunset looked brilliant orange like this, yet when I went OUTSIDE to take pics from there, it was just a pale orange sunset. Tricks of light and windows...

Another great picture. SOme would say seasonal but I think it is all right to pepper your gallery with a few seasonal things.

really nice. it's very mild here too, 14C/58F, broken records for the same days previous records were set.
