A view of the River Vincou taken from the town of Bellac. The bridge is 800 years old, and can still be driven over, which is a remarkable thought given it was never designed to carry motor cars!

So very beautiful. The paths laid out to the road, the trees reflecting through the spaces in the bridge (I loved that), the lampost at the corner, the lovely homes and the mist rising in the background, all this made a wonderful picture!

Yes, but then it's very much a working bridge. It's the only connection that the houses you can see have with the rest of the town.

A really lovely view of the country side, Had to think traffic would be allowed to go over such and old bridge for fear of causing damage.
