Thankyou very much Alan, What a mission to get the dogs attention away from me, Lucy was easy, I just asked her to keep an eye on daddy. But they do say never work with kids and animals don't they, the two things I really enjoy.

I agree with the others, what a treasure, very touching, and precious moment you have caught. Great composition using the hill and tall brush, and the trees and mountains in the background. "Perfect"....

Hi Talsi, she's a lovely dog, very gentle, she looks quite funny compared with my retrivers, shes all legs, she reminds us of a race horse, I could have brought her home by the time we left. A wounderful animal.

What a touching image - It immediatley caught my eye because of the German Wirehair Pointer. Best dog I ever had.

Thankyou so much Alandra, I have to admit that when I first saw Ollie, that she was a bit of a strange looking dog, but she grew on me so quickly because of her qentle nature, she and Lucy are best mates.

this is a real treasure of an image. Only just found it. Beautiful of Lucy, a dear little girl, and her wonderful companion, Ollie, in such a pretty setting too, on the slope like that.
