Thanks for your comments everyone. Yes, I am drawn somewhat to minimalist or "zen"-like shots, when the opportunity arises. Fortunately, I had a willing subject who approached within 10 yards of my position moved quite slowly. Sun was setting behind a breakwater (stage right) at the time, creating some wonderful lighting conditions. I have several varations of the same subject under slightly different lighting and postioning, each creating a different mood. I will display those also over the next few days.
