forgot to add, the millionaire and wife were from the US, really great people. I was young at the time, 15 or so, and worked at the fishing Lodge, - these people stayed in one of the cabins belonging to the Lodge, - and they ate their meals at the Lodge, which is where I met them. When they left, they left an envelope of money as a tip for the other girl who worked at the Lodge and for me too. It was a wonderful surprise which I never forgot.
