All tarantulas have a certain amount of venom, but I doubt that a bite from an usambara orange would kill a human. There might be some swelling and coloring around the bite, and the person may get a bit of a fever, but those are pretty much generic symptoms from any spider or tarantula bite.

Anyway, it's very pretty! Do the males have different colors, like the cobalt blue? Or are they all orange like that?

Oh, yes, I love spiders! I've had the same experience where a jumping spider has jumped onto the lens of my camera when I moved in for a very close shot. I don't think it was attacking me, though, just exploring. I've held my hand in front of many jumping spiders over the years and a lot of them jumped onto it too, with never a bite. The spider in this picture has about a 4 inch leg span, however, so luckily I can take pictures of it from further away!
