Delaware Water Gap

This stretch of the Delaware River shows the Gap itself where two mountain ranges come together. This waterway was the primary means of transportation for New Yorkers to reach the Pocanos in the 1800s, before trains and automobiles made their mark. The handsome railroad bridge has stood there for many years.

Kayakers and canoeists frequent the area.

Thank you for looking, Beverly, Carol and Steve. Lots of terrain variety around here. Steve, I did try to contrast some of the coloration a bit, but it was too close to midday so the colors blended too much to effectively add better depth. Vicki

I have been wondering just where you have been, and yes the cell coverage in Bushkill is bad, if your not on Nextel or AT&T your outta luck.
