Our Newest Grand Skyla Rose

I would like you all to meet our newest little Grand daughter born about 7.30am on the 24 April 2008

5 1/2lb happy and content. She was not mucking around either. The Midwife and Ambulance did not get there my stepson (with the help of 2 year old daughter Sydney) Delivered this bundle of joy on their own.

We have moved 3hrs away from them. We were on our way over for the day when we got the call. She is a smart cookie this one she wanted to see grand dad and knew he was coming lol.

This photo was taken when she was about 6 hour old.

Brb, Travlynwomyn, Bubblinn and Lorraine thank you all for your wonderful comments. Ross wants to know if he can claim the money the midwives get when they deliver a baby lol. Not sure he would want to deliver anymore for a while his legs were quite wobbly after this one.

Congratulations to you all Tania, what a great surprise, and dads learn't a new skill, if he feels like a job change there's always a demand for midwife's. All the best Grandma, enjoy.

We are still waiting for Maryann, any day from now on in.

Take care and congratulations again.
