The Garden Mirror

A friend hangs mirror shards on her privacy fence.

It's fascinating, disturbing and yet very whimsical.

Some are in frames, some attached by boards to the fence. None are hung like mirrors. They are all

hung irregularly, the weather taking its toll on the wood.

But I like it.

Very funny comment, Whittler!

Nope - 'twasn't me. I think those bricks are needed for the koi pool she's making.

I rather like this installation, and the textures. The reflection is interesting in the garden as well.

quite a different idea. At first thought I liked it, but then began to think of the superstition of "broken mirrors" :) Also, never like seeing broken glass around, as it's dangerous for animals and people, so is not something I'd have at my place :)
