Well Carol, I really don't remember when they start showing up around here, I'm thinking around May. Last year I think I saw two of them and only for a minuet, maybe more will be around this year. My birdbath has been running 24/7 for years so they should know where it's at LOL.. It was beautiful here yesterday but today it's back to windy and cloudy... The poppies are starting to show up so warmer weather has to be close.
