Nice sharp image. I think it might be a piebald, a genetic defect that causes partial pigmentation loss. The degree varies, ranging to almost all white, nearly albino. It can occur in many birds and animals. Check this out:

Does molting mean he is a baby robin because I think he is an adult and he still has the colors on him. Thanx for the compliments
