Nice sharp image. I think it might be a piebald, a genetic defect that causes partial pigmentation loss. The degree varies, ranging to almost all white, nearly albino. It can occur in many birds and animals. Check this out: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Piebald

I thought he was molting at first too, but on looking closer he seems to have some of the genetic abnomaly as my Canada Goose. Great capture of the robin, Janice. I like it. Vicki

Does molting mean he is a baby robin because I think he is an adult and he still has the colors on him. Thanx for the compliments
