Profile of a Dog

Our Blue Heeler 'Elle'. She's an old girl now, but ever so lovely. Very hard to photograph, because although old, she's wont keep still for a second! Always after food or a bit of a belly-rub.

She's a beautiful old girl. I love dogs so much I can almost feel my hand petting her head.

Hi again Evelyn and Dud. She's a gorgeous doggie, but on her turf she will give other dogs a real rev up. On neutral turf she totally ignores any other dog. She is terribly social with people, but totally unsociable with her own species. Funny old thing! Dud, Lulu and I used to have a gorgeous cat called Patches when we were growing up (Lulu is my sister).

Any one have any idea when we will be able to load more photos?

I bet Patches would get along great with her. Great looking dog!!

Thanks Gary - I have often looked at the photo of you and Buddy and thought how he reminds me of Elle). They both have (or had in Buddy's case) that really alert look, and a loyalty you can see in their eyes. Thanks for your comment!

Thanks km. Bit of a late reply I know - sorry. She is full of character. I have never met a more loyal dog!

This is a beautiful close-up. It shows a wise face with great character.

Yes, they are Mel. Elle is so social that she's always in your face and moving - well - you know what she's like. She enjoyed the belly-rub I gave her from you! This photo is ever-so-slightly out of focus but I just had to put it in my gallery anyway.

Ahh, lovely Elle. This is a fine shot. Give her a belly rub from me please! Animals are sometimes hard to get on camera, they always gets curious with what you are doing and start to come closer to you, I find.

Thanks Alandra (what a beautiful name). Noble is the perfect way to describe her in this shot. We love her to bits!
