It's Your Move, Red

Just having some fun here. This is a stitch of 2 different shots. Moe was sitting there staring at the feeder, later after he left the cardinal came by. I thought they matched perfectly. Thanks for looking, Don

This is great, Don. Your cat's eyes defininitely look like it's thinking, "Cardinal tonight!" I missed this earlier. The only giveaway that it's a composite is the light source - but you get away with it here as a flash would spread the shadowa left and right too. Well done. Vicki

Thanks guys! I have made this my background on my computer now, just makes me smile. LOL Jannette, I read the same from the Cardinals look too, like he just froze with the seed in his mouth, trying to play it cool. :-) Thanks again, Don

Wow, I'm glad those are two photo's whewwww! The look on Moe's eyes gives him that INTRANCE look (day dreaming) but cool and collective all at the same time. Red looks like he's saying I'm gonna play it cool but ut oh if I don't get out of here I'm gonna be Moe's lunch, and I can kiss my lunch goodbye.

Great Capture! You got me making up stories now LOL (very cool!)

I absolutely loved this!!! Just what the cat would say. *LOL* You did a great job, I just assumed you saw this little meeting and had your camera handy!!! It only gains though in the telling "this is how it was". Great shot. Congratulations.

Thanks all! I appreciate the comments. Karen, I should have mentioned that neither of the cats have their front claws and have never harmed a bird. We let them roam the yard to enjoy the outdoors and they do manage to catch a mole every once in a while. Thanks again, Don

Beautiful composition and I was glad to find out that it wasn't what it looks like. Song birds suffer greatly at the mercy of domestic cats.
