About This Image

Wild flowers are abundant in Utah's Wasatch mountains. In the spring and early summer, one of the best places to view wildflowers is up Big Cottonwood Canyon on the Desolation and Dog Lake Trail.

This looks like a few other flower pictures on here, which identify them as aspen sunflowers.

There are so many like this, without a better view of the leaves and knowing a few other things, I'd guess it's Golden Aster(chrysopsis villose) sunflower family

I'm trying to figure out what specific type of flower this is. It looks like it might be a Enceliopsis nudicaulis var. nudicaulis; Nakedstem Sunray. If you know for sure, please let me know.
