These grow every where on the hills in the south island, I have no idea to what the name of them is.

Thankyou chriss for that info and looking in,I had no idea what it was but thry are everywhere down south where we had travelled on our last trip.

Lorraine what a nice image, it's called a 'Great Mullein' it grow in dry, waste places and chalk grasslands.
